Returns & Exchanges

At Peppermayo, we want you to love your look, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a store credit to shop for something new or an exchange for a different size or color.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the generated shipping label before dropping the parcel off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
